Against the odds, we’re back! After nearly closing our doors in 2024 due to rising costs, our incredible community rallied together through a crowdfunded campaign to save the festival. Inglefest 2025 marks our 10th year, and we’re throwing the biggest celebration yet as a thank you for your support.
Set in the beautiful South Gloucestershire countryside, Inglefest is an independent festival built on great live music, good vibes, and a true sense of community. What started as a small gathering has grown into a friendly, welcoming, clash-free festival championing up-and-coming artists, diverse genres, and an inclusive, family-friendly atmosphere.
We bring you incredible music without the big festival price tag - a carefully curated lineup, amazing food, local drinks, and an unbeatable energy. Whether you're a festival regular or a first-timer, you’ll be greeted like an old friend, discover the best new music, dance under the stars, and feel right at home.

-
How do I buy tickets?Tickets are available through Headfirst. Follow any of the ticket buttons on our website and you'll be taken straight there.
-
Will tickets be available on the door? There's normally some, but we can't guarantee anything! Your best bet is to get your ticket sorted well in advance so you can rest easy knowing you're coming.
-
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket if I can’t attend? We can process ticket refunds or transfers up to 1 day before the event starts (or 1 day before your day ticket starts if you have a day ticket).
-
Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?By default, you will receive your ticket as an e-ticket. In the interest of environmental friendliness we'd prefer if you kept your ticket digitally on your phone, but we will accept printed versions of tickets. Tickets are scanned in via QR code which you will receive upon purchase confirmation so you will have a digital copy!
-
What happens if my phone dies and I can’t show my ticket?Don't panic! Someone at the front desk will be able to get your phone charged up enough to get you scanned in.
-
Are there any age restrictions?None at all! We're proud to welcome all ages, and really value our welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. We have ticket types for all ages!
-
Do I need ID to enter? You don't need ID to enter, but in the event you've bought an adult ticket and are lucky enough to look under 18 we will have to check.
-
Are there volunteer opportunities for free entry? There are indeed! Please get in touch with us to arrange volunteering.
-
What time does the festival site open and close each day?Our arena area will close around 2am on Friday and Saturday night, and a little earlier on Sunday night. We will have someone on the door from 9am each day if you're arriving Saturday or Sunday, with 24 hour security patrolling the site throughout the night. Gates open at midday Friday!
-
Where is Inglefest located?Inglefest is held on the stunning grounds of Oxwick Farm, Wickwar, BS37 6PA.
-
What are the best transport options? As we're a little remote, the easiest option would be to drive to us. Alternatively, the closest train station is Yate Station, which is a 10 minute journey by car away if you were to grab a taxi from the station.
-
Is there parking available?Plenty! We have a large, secure car park patrolled by security and stewards 24 hours a day. In the interest of lessening our environmental impact and to encourage ride sharing, there is a small fee per vehicle for the car park. Please purchase this through our ticket website before arriving. If you forget, we will have a steward available to make your purchase through!
-
Can I bring my campervan or caravan?Absolutely! Please see our ticket information and Headfirst ticket page to purchase your live-in vehicle pass. Prices are per vehicle, not per person!
-
Is there a shuttle service or public transport nearby? The closest main public transport hub is Yate Station, located a 10 minute journey by car away. While we currently have no plans for a shuttle service, if demand calls for it it may be something we look into.
-
Can I be dropped off by a car or a taxi?Absolutely! We have a specific drop-off area designated at the entrance to the festival.
-
Will there be somewhere to lock up my bike? While we have no specific bike racks, if you contact us in advance we will be able to sort out some secure storage for your bike.
-
What’s the best way to get there if I don’t drive? The most hassle free to get to Inglefest if you don't drive yourself would be to lift-share! We're more than happy to put out a message for you on our social media to help arrange this if you don't know anyone. Failing that, a train to Yate Station will get you within a 10 minute taxi ride of the Inglefest site. You can also cycle of course, provided you're not a million miles away - or do, its up to you!
-
Is camping included with my ticket?Absolutely! With a full weekend ticket you will be able to camp in our camping field for no extra charge. Similarly, if you are coming for just 1 day you are welcome to stay over the night - we just ask that you vacate the site by midday the next day. We also have a range of glamping options if you're looking for something extra special! Glamping is an extra charge, and is not included in your ticket.

-
Are there quiet, family friendly or accessible camping areas? We always make sure to have a quiet camping area as far away as possible from any sources of noise, which are also family friendly. Given that Inglefest is an entirely step free site, the whole site is accessible - however please be aware that it is an open field so the ground is not flat.

-
Can I bring decorations or flags for my tent?Of course!
-

-
What sustainability measures does Inglefest have in place? We only have reusable plastic cups at our bar, and our power comes from the wind turbine on site. We're also encouraging lift sharing to lessen our impact and thoroughly sort through all our waste after the event to make sure it's disposed of or recycled correctly.
-
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?Oxwick Farm and the Inglefest site is an entirely step free zone. However, please be aware that as an open, working field the ground can often be bumpy!

In the unlikely event that you lose your tent (the campsite isn't Glastonbury size!), please alert a member of the team who will do their best to help you.
-
Is there a helpline or contact point if I need assistance? Our main points of contact for help and assistance will be our front desk or our security team.
